Everyone was polite and kind but they could not fix my truck because of some previous damage leaving me with a messed up door and rear bed panel. Now I have to deal with insurance and repairs myself.

I had an extremely rewarding repair experience with Caliber Collision. I found the entire staff very professional, friendly and efficient. Working with Lam even a step above that…knowledgeable, very personable, organized with great communication skills as evidenced with our discussions plus the way he kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. The paint matched perfectly. Very pleased with how it looks. Great job! And, I really appreciated the personal, ongoing updates letting me know how things were going. To be honest, I was a little surprised when you told me 10 days, but that's ok. I'd rather have honesty than a unrealistic promise. You guys stuck to it and over delivered. It's hard to find that kind of quality and service. Much appreciated!
