I was always the one that had to reach out to get any information on my vehicle. Is was extremely frustrating. The repair are phenomenal, and the regional manager for the location made things right. Which made things a little better.

I assume the minor damages to the new bumper is a fluke incident however it does leave a poor taste

All repairs appear to be immaculate with the exception of the bumper to hood area where it feels like the bumper may have been dragged off of the truck bed during delivery leaving very coarse edge with burrs that are now painted over minimally noticeable with a glance but upon close inspection is much less than satisfactory
