Bob and his team went out of their way to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I need supplement repairs and they got it approved quickly with my insurance company. They called the rental car place for me when I needed a rental dropped of or picked up. Multiple calls throughout the repair stay as well with updates.

The entire experience of getting my car repaired there and having to be without my vehicle was honestly the best I’ve been through in this situation. I love 45 minutes away but wa yes to take my car to a Farmers certified even though I’ve never been to repair shop In LJ. Bob was great and kept me updated on how things were going, how times was and what I could expect. I definitely will not hesitate if I ever need repairs again!!!

I was pleasantly surprised that the car was so clean. It looks like it was polished! That typically happen anymore. The damaged rims looks brand new! I will refer them to friends and family.
