From the lady at the front desk(sorry I forgot her name ) to Jeff- and the staff that worked on our vehicle- we have not experienced this Great Service anywhere in a very long time. Jeff kept us informed from the time we dropped it off- all through the repair- till the very end. Great job to all - keep up the great work. We appreciated the knowledge and patience the representative gave us, especially since it was a stressful situation; however, we had to call repeatedly to get updates and never once got a call with an update except when the vehicle was ready. Additionally, we asked him on the day of drop-off to give us a quote for *additional* repairs to the vehicle, without going through insurance because we wanted to pay out of pocket for the additional repairs, and instead of doing that, it sat for 7 days with no update. When we finally called, he claimed he was waiting on insurance for the extra repairs when we explicitly explained what we wanted to do. After that, it was still like pulling teeth to get an update, but again, he was patient and kind and we appreciated his expertise. Just wish he would’ve been more forthcoming with info.

There are still glass in the hatch when you open and closed it you can hear it. I don’t know why they would not have caught that before. They said my vehicle was ready.
