As far as the work that was done, it was excellent so I would recommend them for the work but I feel like they need to correspond a bit more with their clients. I was also caught a little off guard with the fact that I had to pay for my rental car. That wasn't their fault. I should have been more vigilant with my insurance company but nobody there was willing to help me get a rental car. They were too busy doing their own things so I had to get on the phone and call a rental company and arrange everything so I'd have a car so I could leave. It's a good thing that I took the rental car back because we had a friend that loaned us their car because it was going to cost me from Monday to Friday $900. So if I'd gone from Monday to Monday to the next Friday, who knows what the bill would have been! Was awful

Good work. They had my car longer than expected. That surprised me. They had it for 12 days. But they did bring it to my house for me as I was out of town when they called and told me it was ready.

I had a great experience. Jeff was great at explaining everything and was very nice. They repaired my car in a decent amount of time and it really looks good. Also the lady that was in the front was nice when I went to pick my car up after repairs.

Everyone one was very professional and seemed eager to please. The work looks good. The expected date got moved around a few times. Might be better to not be so quick to move the date up so you don't have to move it back later .

One of the panels on the front side is loose and was not repaired correctly. It has some chips in it. And the emblems are not the same as the ones that were on there before. But the panel on the driver side by the lights the white piece it's got scuffs chips and not attached correctly
