I have nothing but good things to say, and happiness that my car was taken such good care of by caring, competent and efficient people. The job was well done but my vehicle was returned later than promised and the parts were lost in the mail.

They told me my vehicle would probably take a day, then a week, then almost two weeks after losing my parts in the mail. They told me it was an issue caused by the vendor and that they wouldn't be working with this vendor anymore. I hope that's true. The repair itself was well done, my vehicle seems to be back in order and for that I'm grateful.

Throughout the entire process, they were professional, incredibly organized, and kept me in the loop at every step. When they returned my vehicle, I was delighted to see that they had even given my car a little cleaning as well! The repairs they completed were ultimately seamless and expertly done.
