The shop and employees in the Laramie location were wonderful. I can't recommend them enough. The only bad part was the call center. That was a complete joke and the representative was incredibly hard to understand and flat out lied when I asked her if she was located in the Laramie office. I would re-think that decision if I was the company. If I didn't know to call the shop directly and speak to the wonderful staff there, I would have stopped doing business with Caliber.

The work done was excellent!! Top notch!! The timeline wasn’t as great. Dropped the vehicle off on 12/29, couldn’t pick it up until 1/27. Things happen, but I was quoted at having it ready at 1/16. Maybe we didn’t have to drop it off so early. Just a thought. Again, they did a great job and it was worth it. Thanks!
