The door handle is broken, I was told by Jamel that he will order the part and have the door guards re-installed. Once this is done and I get a good car wash upon pickup I will be happy. Thank you

After I left the shop from getting the estimate done I called back the same day to ask them to start ordering the parts for repairs. I called back the next week to ask if they received the parts yet and they told me they never ordered them..Whoever I talked to on the phone and asked to order the parts did not relay that information so the parts never got ordered. However, once they did order the parts it was a quick process
