it was not our local caliber‘s fault but it took a very long time to get a headlight that was not available nationwide so these guys did an amazing job on our car. We just love it and we had other cars in the meantime so it wasn’t too bad. But that crew was just amazing. We were out of the car for a couple months, but not due to their fault.

Customer Service was exemplary. Their listening skills were great and any and all questions were answered in a professional manner. The assistance I receive and moving items from my vehicle was without question great. If I were to make a comment on anything, it would be the extended time that it took to complete my automobile without receiving up-to-date information. I’m not complaining because later found that there was an error in my phone number. But again, I have no complaint on the superb job done.

Was charged for incomplete work and told I needed a new fuel pump when the line just wasn’t connected

Car wasn’t assembled right was then was told my car was ready only to be dropped off and waiting 3 hours because the car had no gas then wouldn’t start then was told I need a new fuel pump for extra fee because they disassembled it to place the fuel tank in but didn’t reassemble it back right I refused the service towed my car from your facility and paid my neighbor to look at it the fuel line wasn’t connected back tight enough so it popped of waste of money and job done was horrible tried connecting Gm no help tried reaching out to corporate no response
