They communicate throughout the whole process and update you right away if anything comes up! They started the process quickly after I dropped off my car! My car looks beautiful, so good and like new, I couldn’t even remember which side was damaged! They also gave her a really good wash! Thankful I chose this caliber collision!

The vehicle needs to come back on Monday because there was paint run marks on the body but far as I can see everything look tremendous I have no complaints

I took my vehicle up there 3×1st time I took it back because there was running paint on the vehicle. The second time I took it back. There was spots on the vehicle. The third time I took it back. There was a gap in between where the passenger door open at and a gap on the bopper. Now, when we took the vehicle up there, there was no gap in the back on the corner panel of the bumper now there’s a gap on the corner panel of the bumper and I asked the guy when they took the bumper off. Why is there a gap in between there? Me and my wife asked him that and he gonna refer to me that it was already like that which it wasn’t cause when you removed the bumper, you gotta make sure both sides of the panel are equally stable on the backside. I am very disappointed in them and I will let my insurance know that the vehicle wasn’t fixed properly. If you want any more information you can please call me. My name is Steve .
