I have heard horror stories from friends and family about needing repairs due to an accident. I was told it was complicated coordinating between the body shop and insurance comany. That there would be problems with rental cars and with billing. I am so glad to share that my experience with Caliber did NOT inclue any of those frustrations, or complications. The staff communicatated with me, the insurance company, and the rental agency. I picke up my car yesterday. My car looks like it did the day I purchased it!
