When I picked up my vehicle I wasn’t shown anything that was done to my vehicle. I was walked out to my car and told thank you very much and to please leave a good review. I don’t know much about cars so I looked at the damage that I knew I had that was in the front and side of my vehicle that got fixed and left to have my dad look at it, to make sure everything was done correctly. As he was inspecting my car We seen a crack in my windshield that wasn’t there prior and it’s on the side of my car that caliber fixed. I reviewed my pictures that I took of my car for myself and insurance company and no crack was seen in the photos on my windshield . Plus it was never there until I picked my car up. I called Caliber immediately and was told to bring my car in the morning so I did and they told me they would contact me with a solution but never did so I contacted them again and now being told to pay half for my windshield? On the other hand April who is in the front is very disrespectful, she told my personal business to Enterprise who contacted me yesterday October 12th. Definitely feel let down, disrespected and very disappointed.

The last 2 weeks I got update statuses on a regular basis. But the 1.5 months before that I was not regularly updated. I believe employee transition. But the staff are some of the friendliest I’ve ever dealt with as far as car services

April, made you feel like part of the family first. When you walk in and greeted they way she had with me and my son was everything. Thank you! My tech. Mr. Richard was very professional. Reid and Rich did a fantastic job of repairing my vehicle. They went above and beyond and created a new bracket for my backup camera that had been damaged in the wreck, as well as Reid installing my new license plates and registration sticker for me. Rich kept me updated daily on the progress on my vehicle and was very kind and helpful when answering my questions. Everyone was extremely friendly and patient with my questions and concerns and I am overall extremely satisfied with the service I received!
