The communication was great. And the time it took was good too but we have gotten the car back and there appears to be a piece that was not assembled or replaced properly. So it still drags

Firstly I was very unhappy that I had to source a part myself. I was being told things were taking longer than expected to arrive, but what it seemed like on my end was that there was no care for how long it took to finish my vehicle. My perception was you put a part on for the day and call it good to move on and take in more vehicles. My estimate on time of completion was 15 days and it turned out to take 38 days. I was told to come pick up my vehicle and then it turned out to not be ready. This mistake caused me to return my rental car and then need to spend more money to get one again. It took another week longer to actually get it ready for pickup. I’m just very unhappy with the communication and since of understanding on my side of the job.
