I am not satisfied with this service because some of the plastic parts on my vehicle came loose during the accident, and when I picked up the car, those same parts were still loose. When I pointed this out, I was shown that the frame inside the bumper was broken and had apparently been glued together previously. This vehicle hit a deer with enough force that the deer flew over the hood and struck the windshield before going over the roof. Before the accident, there was no issue with a broken bumper frame. We do not remove the bumper from every vehicle we buy just to check whether something was previously glued together. I simply cannot understand how you saw this damage and still did not replace the broken part. In addition, I was charged the deductible twice for a single accident. Because my English is not very good, I was unable to explain myself properly, and I feel that this has caused these problems. I also asked for the old parts that were supposedly replaced, but I was told they were no longer available. To be honest, I believe the only part that was actually replaced was the windshield, because my vehicle did not have any visible exterior damage before the repair.
