Everyone was very nice and helpful through the entire process. The job was done when needed and the car looks great. I was able to drive back to Wisconsin in safe car and everything works well and looks good.

there were a couple scratches on one of the doors that they replaced… They said that they were going to fix it, but I haven’t heard from them since. I understand things get busy, but I’m still awaiting a response! Otherwise everything was just fine and they finished it earlier than expected.

THE WHOLE TEAM WAS AMAZING!!! I got my car quicker than i could’ve ever thought and they even cleaned the inside and outside without me asking. They went over my repairs with me in person and were the nicest people ever. i am recommending to everyone i know!!!

I would put a 10 but I can’t fully rate atm as we are waiting on parts to come in to finish the full process. Will change once parts come in and gets done. They also didn’t realize that one hole on the driver side on the undercarriage (think that’s what you would call it) was a part of accident until I explained it wasn’t there til the accident and I explained what happened, the guy agrees once he got the story of what happened that it was part of the accident.

The headlight was replaced with a new headlight but did not work. My daughter was driving at night and was an hour away when someone told her that the headlight was not working. Only having one working headlight could have resulted in a dangerous situation. I would expect that Caliber would cross check (maybe did so) the work to determine if what was replaced is in working order.
