I was extremely pleased with the service i received at this location.the level professionalism i experienced from Josh specifically was second to none.I was more than pleased with quality of work done to my vehicle. The technician was clearly qualified and went above and beyond to ensure there was not a trace of the damage my car received. I have already recommended this location to a friend and i will continue to do so.

I loved that Josh kept my boyfriend and I informed through the process ogbepairs for our car. He was even considerate to the fact that we really needed the car back as soon as possible and accommodated us the best he could. I love that the team working on my car also cleaned it inside and out. My car looked brand new again when we it was returned to us. I was not expecting the team to clean it, but I'm grateful! I would give a 10 but there is one issue, although Josh and his team tried to fix it, we can hear wind swishing by the door they had to fix. Josh was kind enough to let us know if we have any further issues (like a leak) to bring it back in and they would fix it. It's a shame his team was unable to figure out where exactly the noise is coming from, but I feel good knowing that if there is a further issue we can bring it back in. So far no other issues! Thank you to the team of Calibur Collision! I hope to never have to use their services again but I am definitely happy to do so, if needed!

Was not called originally about estimate I had to call the shop. The repairs took a full month when I was originally told expect 2-3 weeks. Repair looks fine but between communication issues and lengthy repair for body damage (no frame damage) I will not use caliber again.
