I was pleased with how friendly Brian and his staff were. I was kept well informed about my car from start to finish. It only took a little over three weeks for my car to get done I was surprised because I thought it would take longer. I am very pleased with the. finished results. It looks just like it did before it was wrecked. I will definitely continue to come to Caliber Collision with all my future repairs. I just wanted to thank Brian and his staff for taking such good care of my car.

That took a ridiculous amount of time and the “expected completion date” keep changing every week. Also it was hard to actually get ahold of someone when I called half the time. Terrible.

The quality of work is fine. It could have been done a little more expediently. Thankfully, I had another vehicle to drive and I was not in a hurry. I've had body work done at other businesses and the turnaround was much shorter without sacrificing quality. Every one was amicable.I know your ownership just changed hands so maybe that had something to do with it

Took way too long to repair (after waiting 6 weeks for an appointment) not good communication, car was returned to me dirty both on the outside and inside. Was not at all detailed like I was told it would be. There are spots of some substance on my back seat that is not from me (which I have photos of) I know the car was not detailed because there is still dirt inside and hair and grass on my floor mats, so I know it wasn’t even wiped down at the least. I feel like for over 6,000 my car could have at least gotten a wash or I should’ve been able to get it a day earlier.
