You said it was done and ready to go. I picked my truck up last night and I paid in full for the repairs. After driving home and then to town this morning it is doing the same thing it was. Won’t shift gear and check engine light is on.

I was impressed with the experience of Mr Dwayne and his team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.. that paint match on the bumper was perfect and the OEM part fit was excellent I always ask for OEM for the best fit.

There were a couple of small areas I wasn't happy with, but I didn't want to leave my car with them any longer.

I felt I wasn't kept as informed as I should have been. Macy reached out 1 time during the process to inform me of the first delay. I initiated all contact after that until my car was finished. At one point, she told me she'd call back the next morning after she had an update, but that call never came in...I instead received an email the 2nd day after my call stating my car had been delayed yet again.

Very professional, courteous and they seem to go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. This is everything from the customers view point. They also covered the cost of my rental since my insurance covers the cost the first 30days and repairs went a few days over. ... And my vehicle was alot more clean then when I had it towed there. Job well done and continued success. Just a little side note, I just picked up my vehicle today, but so far everything is running well and I am very pleased. Thank you
