Disappointed in the fact that the car was left with film on the interior because the person who cleans it was absent. Exterior was dirty as well so I cannot wash it in this winter weather and cannot take it to an automatic car wash for several months!

Our vehicle was restored to a condition where you couldn’t tell anything had happened. The tech working on our vehicle even fixed a part that was broken in a separate incident. I’m very pleased with the work that was done.

I called to find out if our car was done. I find out yes it was done other than the paperwork. They did not bother to give us adequate notice to make plans to get it picked up. Could have called and said your call will be ready by 3pm as an example. We both work 45 min from this facility and which means we need to make arrangements for pick up. The lady shared with me that they have 60 customers and when asked if all 60 would be ready today she stated no. A little consideration would be nice.

I called to check on our vehicle and was told it would be done in about an hour or so which is great but if they knew it was done all but the paperwork they should inform the customer. Neither of us work in Logansport. In fact we work in Lafayette and needed time to plan to pick up so we didn’t get charged another day for rental. Comment made to me is they have 60 customers. My comment to her is not all 60 would be done today and she agreed. This is convenient however if ever need a collision facility again it won’t be at that location. Not the first time I have been beyond frustrated with this location.

Car got finished picked up no issues. 2 days later driving down the road and my car pulls left and then I feel dragging. Got out looked and it was drivers side front where it had just been fixed 2 days prior. My front tire caught the piece of wheel well that had not been clipped on securely and pulled the wheel well out along with fog light housing because it’s all under the same area. I call Mr Dwayne at the Logansport, IN location and they say come by. I went straight there. So Dwayne comes out and looks at it and says you hit something?? I said no I absolutely did not. He says well we will see what we can do for you. Really?? One more time it’s been 2days and is in the same area that was fixed. He says ya you hit something but we have parts laying around I will call you. 2 weeks go by no call about fixing my car but they did call about the balance due! So had they not wanted money there would have been no call. There is no body damage no dent no paint transfer from anything but he still wants to say I hit something. Nope. What happened to hey let’s make it right.
