The repair quality is high. But from what interpretation I took on our phone communication, I was taken to understand it was going to end up taking 30 days minimum, which would be unacceptable. Emotions aside, fantastic work.

As a young car owner I am aware of the risks of trusting car shops that might take advantage of my knowledge with cars but Caliber Collision didnt. I truly enjoyed my experience here the secretary was incredibly helpful and patient with me. After leaving my car in the shop I got weekly updates about the process like there was more damages found and that they were finished painting and moving on to the next step. I greatly appreciated these updates it made me feel like they were doing their work
