Awesome. Even though I was only getting bumper work done they even cleaned the interior of my truck.

I had to do nothing. Caliber arranged my rental car pickups and drop off. The only thing they didn't provide was a chauffeur for 10 days. (no points deducted for that)

The staff were great people to work with. Very nice and friendly. And I really liked how there was communication with the local car rental company. Caliber definitely makes stressful situations way less stressful. My car looks great as well.

I wanted to wait until it was fixed to do this review. However, I've gotten the text 3 times for the review. I have to go there today to have them change out the headlight. They put in the wrong one. Also small piece loose on bottom. Was a little slow at getting car back to me. First I called and they said yes we can get u in quick in the next week. Then when I called to schedule they said they would have to take it to Lafayette cause they were to busy which I was not thrilled about. Then 2 days later all of a sudden it was staying in logansport. Maybe I wish now it did go to Lafayette. Hoping they can fix it today and I can give a better review. However there have been some issues along the way.
