I thought that the repair went exactly as it was supposed to. I dropped off the vehicle and picked up a rental. The shop got to work on writing the estimate quickly and I got a call with an update by the following day. I was given an estimated time frame for the length of the repair which the shop met. I received updates regularly so I knew what was going on while the repair was happening. It seemed like no time at all and my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The repairs done were great and the vehicle looked exactly as it did before I hit that animal. I was very pleased with all the service I received from them. I would have no issues bringing any vehicle I own back to them for repairs.

Thought they did a good job but for a mirror replacement and a scratch down the side, I thought a month was a little long for the truck to be completed.
