Professional staff. Enjoyed all of my interactions with them. They communicated extremely well when there was going to be a delay, and constantly updated my estimated date of completion. The owner (maybe?) was extremely friendly on the day I picked up my vehicle. I would certainly choose Caliber again for my repair needs
