The very best case experience I've had. The entire office was helpful, kind and professional. As soon as a i arrived I was greeted and the intake was easy. They communicated every step of my repair; even better than my actual insurance did. duke was so responsive. He texted and called me with updates and gave me records of everything they did. Pickup was so easy from my rental place and I had basically no wait to get my car back. Wouldn't go any other place in LA for repairs.

Very attentive from the start. I called to set up and appointment and the receptionist was the most helpful. She went above and beyond for me. I had a trip for the day after my accident, and I was able to get my car in for repair and they helped set up a rental for me in a timely manner. The repair was done quickly and my car looks like new!
