I would give it a 10 but on drop off I felt like the office guy whose name I don’t recall, was a bit dismissive however, on pick up, he was quite friendly and perhaps he was just having a bad day.

My experience here was absolutely wonderful! They were so flexible with when I dropped off the vehicle because I had to change the original date. As soon as I dropped it off Christian was so helpful, quick and efficient. They estimated the car would be done in 10 business days and they got it done in 3! I was so happy and pleased to get it back early. It was detailed and cleaned and Christian even waited to so I could get there after work before they closed. They also sent me text updates as things were happening with my car which kept me assured my car was in good hands. So thankful for this experience and to have my fender and car fixed.
