Almost a ten, I think you guys could of pushed a bit harder on insurance company to get oem parts instead of after market parts.

After the mess ghat was left of my truck, I will not recomend and will tell others of my issues and lacknof response.

Way too many issues with the repair and lack of management concern for their mess. I did not take possesion after the first repair. See other comments. After 3 weeks, repair was finally finished. Tail light still sticks out. Fender is over 1" farther out than the original side. The inside fenders are gapped out and do not line up. Many, many other issues.
