I am more than pleased with the Caliber Collision staff for their professionalism, knowledge, and for keeping me informed every step of the progress made in the repair of my vehicle. All questions were promptly answered to my satisfaction and not having rental car insurance was provided transportation to my residence after drop-off and was picked up from my residence once my vehicle was ready.

From the beginning of my truck being towed to caliber collision, communication was excellent. Throughout the repairs to my truck, I was consistently updated by Nick. Nick took the time to explain everything they were planning on doing with the repairs to my truck. He made sure the truck was done the right way. The Los Banos location has found a customer for life. Highly recommend this shop for any and every repair.

I am very impressed with all of their service from beginning to end. They did a great job on my van. Looks like new. Christy needs a raise. She handled my insurance when I was having problems with them and she took care of it. She even arranged to have my van delivered to my house because I was sick in bed. Great work. Merry Christmas 🎁
