The work was done faster than anticipated. The color matches perfectly. I've only had the car back for 3 hours, so I haven't noticed anything that isn't like it was brand new.

I chose to have my car serviced at Caliber Collision to get my car since it was local and close to home. I needed my right mirror replaced which it was replaced with a used one. It looked terrible. The back of the mirror was full of scratches. I pointed it out when my car was ready for pick up and they agreed to paint it which was done the next day. I went to pick up my vehicle today and the mirror looked a lot better being painted. I drove the car home and went to adjust the mirror and it wouldn’t rotate to adjust, so then I had to go back to Caliber, explain the issue when 2 technicians came to look at the mirror. Which turned out to be the wrong mirror or something. They offered to buy a new mirror which I appreciate but this was a terrible experience.

The repairs to our van looked great! Rhey updated us throughout the whole process and it was completed much earlier than expected. They washed and detailed the inside of our van. What a nice added touch!
