The body work looks fantastic. But after $6,000 you expect to get a car that you can drive. The check engine light went on and when we called, we were informed that there was a fault in the knock sensor that they knew about shouldn’t someone have told us about this????

Very polite. Kept us informed through the process but when we picked car up they did NOT tell us about the check engine light. We called back and they knew about it but said nothing. Told us we have to take it to a Kia dealer. We did. They said they may have to replace the engine??? Really??? The light was never on after the deer crash. Only after we picked it up from collision. After spending $6,000 shouldn’t we get a car that is ready to drive??? Who messed up here???
