I’d say to double check the work. Paint looked nice. But if I was going to be picky and wanted perfect, the body lines with the quarter panel didn’t match the original. You have to be staring at it to notice it. It is there, but I’m “ok” with the repair. Paint looks good though.

I was told my van would be ready by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. I needed it by Friday, to pick up my husband from the hospital. It ended up that he was being discharged on Thursday. The person who needed to finish the job was the person who did the calibration and he was from another shop and wouldn't be able to do it until Thursday. Long story short, I made arrangements for my husband to be brought home by a transport company. It all worked out in the end but I felt like the arrangements for the calibration should have been set up earlier in the repair and not wait until the last day or two and then find out he wasn't available until the day the van was promised. Otherwise, everything went OK. I did notice a few imperfections in the paint job. With the guarantee, I'm ok with them, because if something happens and it needs to be repainted, the guarantee is there.

There's no 9 1/2. A slight more attention to detail cleaning the vehicle after would have been already 10. There were dirty footprints stepping into the vehicle and the windows were very streaky. A quick wipe of the side board and a streak free window would have gotten you a 10.

From the first visit to take pictures, I knew I was in good hands! The rep answered all my questions and just made me feel at ease. They said it might take a week to finish, but done in 2 1/2 days was beyond my expectations. They even vacuumed my vehicle! I would highly recommend them !!

Never gonna take my car to caliber. These guys got the wrong parts after I advised them what correct parts to get, they took longer than what they told me they would. The car was NOT in satisfactory condition and still needs an under cleaning. Some Parts were not connected. I told the shop immediately all the flaws after picking up and they still haven’t got back to me on fixing this issue.
