Manny (as well as everyone else I worked with) was very helpful and explained what each stage in the process was, really appreciated the text updates provided as well. The notification that my vehicle was ready was a little last minute for me to be able to get off work and pick up my car but the staff offered me options that best suited my situation, very flexible and much appreciated.
