I’m 99% happy with the repair. The only gripe I have is that I would think after repairing any vehicle, that it would be washed and dried. There were tons of water spit from the front grill to the tailgate. Now the repaired area was clean and wiped down. Looks great that’s the one and only thing I would ask you guys to fix. Customer service was amazing! I was sooo not looking forward to this whole ordeal. You guys were terrific. Thank you Michael Herrera 512-755-2752

In my opinion they did an amazing job with the repair. The customer service was great, they text when they needed anything and updated me as they went. They finished 4 days ahead of time. The one thing that kept from a 10, was the truck didn’t look clean. There were water spots everywhere smear marks and such. I feel if you fix the fender afterwards wash the truck. If the whole truck were clean, the repair would look even better. Again everything at Caliber was top notch, they just needs a detailed who can wipe a vehicle down upon completion. JMH

Completed 3 weeks before projected time. The quality of work is bar none, the best. As a painter and body man in my past, the complexity of today's cars is challenging and your team nailed it spot on. The blending of the paint is seamless! The spaces between the tailgate, quarter panels, and bumper were perfectly equal. Score 100%+!!
