Overall I am very happy with car appearance and friendly service provided , but it took much longer than I expected. I believe the delay was due to negotiating the cost with my insurance company and also transferring my car to Marysville from Bellevue, which seems to have added a day at the beginning and end of repair.

Very please, it looks just like it did prior to incident. Would recommend. Tape line on windshield not fully cleaned off upon pick up so I had to rewash the windshield. That is my only complaint.
