I was directed to this shop due to an accident that was handled under insurance… and I couldn’t be happier. They took the best care of my car it looks perfect. I pretty much had to get my whole left side repaired and it looks even better than when I bought it! It drives great and looks perfect. I will go to this shop for any of my future vehicle repair needs from now on.

Team was helpful when I had to call about the auto text updates not corresponding to the work being done. This was eventually fixed.

I would have given it a 10 if the phone wasn't very messed up in that it just sends you in a loop of prompts where you can't talk to anyone and they leave you voicemail daily asking if you want to schedule your service when it's already scheduled.

The automated phone system is very messed up. I got a call every single day asking me if I want to schedule my repair when it was already scheduled and when I tried to call the general number that reaches corporate, it gave prompts to choose from but all of them just looped back to the beginning and I couldn't talk to anyone until I called the specific locations.

I liked Kim at the Mauston location, but when I ran into some confusion about something, I felt that Jason could have had a better tone of customer service.

I really appreciated the frequent updates via text to let me know a timeline for repair. Robert responded to me quickly as well. My car was done sooner than anticipated which was an added bonus. The fact that it was being repaired in another city was a complete nonissue, it couldn’t have been better. Bonus stars for Mauston!

They all were very professional. Explained what they were going to be doing to my car. Helped me with the rental. Kept me informed as to how the work was processing.
