I really appreciated the frequent updates via text to let me know a timeline for repair. Robert responded to me quickly as well. My car was done sooner than anticipated which was an added bonus. The fact that it was being repaired in another city was a complete nonissue, it couldn’t have been better. Bonus stars for Mauston!

They all were very professional. Explained what they were going to be doing to my car. Helped me with the rental. Kept me informed as to how the work was processing. Informed me when the job was finished and that I could pick it up. All in all the very best experience with a body shop!! Will recommend them if the opportunity arises.

I took my brand new 2025 car into Caliber Collision to have hail damage repaired. The PDR was excellent, but some spots needed paint repair. I found debris stuck in the paint. I found orange peeling of the cleacoat they sprayed, and they did not repair the busted driver side mirror that is clearly visible everytime you walk to the driver door. I let the shop know, and they are trying to make things right, but this is taking time and energy from my already hectic weeks which is very frustrating. I wish they would have seen the deficiencies before they presented the vehicle to me.
