Ordered incorrect part so took way too long to get it fixed and I have to take it somewhere else to get pin stripe done and lack of phone call updates on car status even when they said they would call.

Caliber Collision in Mauston WI did an excellent job fixing my car after hitting a deer. It looks and feels brand new again. They even vacuumed, cleaned the glass and made my rims look new again . They definitely went over and above to do an amazing job! Thank you again!

Quality? Satisfied. My truck looks like new. Other than quality? I got my truck back with door switches that don't work but the shop ordered parts, just waiting to get them and get that issue fixed. One tire was damaged in the accident and a new one was on my estimate. Since it was getting replaced, I had them do a separate work order for the other three tires. I wanted to keep the other three take-offs. I work road construction and punctures are a common occurrence so it was extremely important to me to get the three old tires back since they still had pretty decent tread left. I don't know if it was the body shop or the tire shop that didn't understand my instructions but I didn't get any of the old tires back and by the time I knew they weren't there, they had already been disposed of by the tire shop. Not very happy that I have no spares for this truck and that I got charged to get rid of tires I didn't want to get rid of. I have yet to talk to the body shop about this.

They did a great job fixing my car. Took a little longer than I was hoping but it does happen with holiday time & parts not matching up so I appreciated them keeping me up to date & delivering my car to me while I was at work. Thank you very much for cleaning the inside too! That was a nice surprise. (:
