I like that they have young guys there learning. I also like that when a mistake was made (my window wouldnt go all the way down after repair) that they allowed him to fix the problem so he knew what he did and they didnt yell at him. BIG THUMBS UP FOR THAT! They where polite the whole way . And i was right at the transition from one name to the other.
