Very satisfied with the work. The Mauston shop is a heavy user of air freshener and scented products. My spouse and I both react to these chemicals. I requested they not use anything scented on the interior of my vehicle. They thanked me for letting them know and did a fantastic job of cleaning the interior without leaving a trace of scent behind. I'm very thankful! They could go another step and tone down the scents in their building.

The Mauston shop has great customer service. The centralized scheduling for the hail damage tech got things confused a couple different times. I think it's better to let the local shop handle the scheduling.

The work took a few days longer than I was told, but I'm very happy with the work and the completed finish of the door they replaced. They also detailed my truck before giving it back to me .
