I was very happy with the whole process from beginning to end. The repair looked flawless, Kim kept me informed during the repair. Hoping I won’t have to return, but if I need repairs in the future, I’ll be going back to Mauston!!

Very happy with the results. I was updated regularly with the progress of the work. Definitely will recommend the Mauston shop to others. Hopefully, I’ll never half to go back, but if I ever need body repair again, I’ll be back in Mauston!!

I made my appointment at least two weeks ahead of time only for the this company to forget to order all material needed. Naturally i was patient and understanding said it would take a week and by this past Monday it would be done. That windshield arrived broken. Okay whatever just order another one right? No. They couldnt give me a date when they can complete my vehicle. Kim told me it would be anywhere from 1 week to 52 weeks. Im disgusted with this company and highly recommend taking your vehicle anywhere but here.

There were some issues with parts, therefore it took longer than anticipated. I was grateful that they did it right, but maybe a phone call explaining the delay. Overall, very satisfied.
