The front staff was amazing they are kind, professional and understanding especially when third party issues happened with enterprise. The crew that worked on my vehicle did a phenomenal job, and even detailed the inside and outside of my vehicle. Truly a fantastic experience!

The repair looks good. The replacement part came in broken twice (which isn’t necessarily Calliber’s fault) and it meant we didn’t have our van for 5 extra days because of the weekend. They also forgot to put a part back on that was left in the vehicle. We had to make a special trip there to have them fix it.

I went back and forth with the young lady behind the seat that didn’t initial check in and pictures of my car, about the paint strip on it. We discussed that I wasn’t sure if it was paint or sticker. I went home and found my paper work and called her to let her know it was paint. She told me that you guys have someone that comes in to do the paint. She was going to see if they could do it, but if not it would be a later appointment. I was ok with that. I got it back and it’s just sticker, and had bubbling and already peeling up. There are some knicks/chips and paint looks different on my hook on that side. There’s also a dull look to the black plastic in that side of my car windows. I did take pictures of everything and plan to get ahold of someone on Monday.
