Told my stepson to take his truck there to get bumper repainted. They told him x price and it'd take a week. He left the truck then got an email that it'd cost twice the price. Said go ahead n do the work. Took two weeks to repaint the bumper but was back down to original price.

Repairs look great. Only complaint is I was told two weeks and it took three and a half weeks to get my truck back. Last time I needed repair, I was told 3-4 weeks and it was about 7 weeks. I don't care that it took so long but don't tell me it'll take x amount of time if it's gonna take twice that. Be more realistic about timeframe. I'd rather hear 4 weeks and surprise, it's done early! But the repairs were not that extensive so no reason it should've taken that long. And why have me drop off my vehicle when parts haven't even been ordered yet? It sat there the first week without anything being done to it until parts arrived. I could've kept driving it until they were actually ready to start working on it and had the parts there.

The only thing that made the whole process confusing was the automated message saying my car would be ready on a certain date when I had been told by staff it would be done earlier that was really annoying

Absolutely wonderful staff that answered all my questions! I work 6pm-6am and they made sure not to call between 8-3:30 while I sleep!! Hailey extremely fast with returning emails!
