There were markings from where the damage was that were supposed to be wiped off before it was given back to me.. There was a piece where they had to take out my back window that was still taken apart when I got my car back (very visible). But the customer service was amazing, there are some super nice ladies that work the front. One in particular, Gabrielle! And the nice lady with the bob and glasses that usually works the front desk was amazing as well!
