I felt quite comfortable with leaving my vehicle with Caliber the moment I met the team; warm and pleasant. I was pleased with how Talmedge walked around my vehicle, marking the damage I incurred. Truck was dirty inside and out. Paint is like orange peel finish, one of the vents on the bed of the avalanche is messed up and was not before and they had forgotten to put my bed covers back on but I discovered that before I left town staff was friendly though.

The paint is what I call orange peel/ not slick like from the factory. . One piece of trim won’t snap back together. They didn’t even clean the vehicle. Inside or outside of the vehicle. Looked like they laid dirty stuff in the back seat and didn’t even wipe it off. Forgot to put bed covers on. I noticed it when I got down the road a few miles.
