Friendly service and smiling faces. I had absolutely no cons about my decision on taking my car to Caliber things I like: 1) Alex was awesome and let me draw on my car where the deer had hit me that was fun 2) I got an updated text every other day about my car's progress I didn't have to wonder 3) much faster than any other body shop I've ever been too, 4) my car is back looking flawless "WHAT DEER" 5) the free popcorn and water didn't hurt

I picked up my vehicle on 10/31/25 from being repaired due to rear end collision. I really appreciated all the updates that was texted to me & if I had a question or a response I texted Dustin my contact person he was very professional, pleasant & responded right back with an answer. They replaced my drivers side mirror that either was damaged during the repairs without hesitation. I’m really pleased with the repairs so far. I was informed that the paint job on the bumper was warranted as long as I owned the vehicle. Collision Caliber gave service above and beyond.
