9983 W university McKinney location was great. However, process of getting there was an issue. I started at a frisco, tx location. Enterprise was ready and waiting, Caliber frisco was not. They offered I go to other locations and were not educated on the basic geography of the area. This, of course was the receptionist at the frisco location. The communication from USAA to caliber to consumer has some holes.
