My Experience

The best Caliber Collision shop in town! John and his team did a phenomenal job fixing the body damage on my vehicle. They went above and beyond what insurance covers to make the car look sparkling like brand new. John communicated all updates of repair progress in professional and skilled way. I highly recommended your "McKinney Hwy 380 branch"!!

I brought my BMW X3 (sDrive30i) in for liftgate replacement and bumper repair, and this has turned into a repeated back-and-forth with issues still unresolved. Quality issues: The bumper was misaligned on one side after the initial repair. The liftgate glass wasn’t properly sealed, causing wind noise from the rear that sounds like a window is left open while driving. Several screws were left un-tightened, and the X3/sDrive badges were removed during the repair and never reattached. Second visit — issue still not fixed: I brought the car back specifically for the wind noise, and they kept it for two days. Despite that, the wind noise is still there, and now there’s an added squeaking sound from the liftgate that wasn’t present before. Two visits in, and the core issue I came back for remains unresolved — plus a new problem has been introduced. Communication: Largely disappointing. Cameron, who has worked on this repair from the very beginning, has shown little interest in acknowledging or actually resolving the ongoing issues. Most of the service reps have had the same dismissive attitude. The one consistent exception has been the manager, Brian, who has genuinely listened and made an effort to understand and fix the problem — but that hasn’t translated into an actual resolution yet.

I went to this location because I had a good experience years ago. Not this time. There is no way I'd recommend this place. Talk is cheap.

My experience with Caliber Collision was not what I expected. I was told I would receive updates while my truck was being worked on, but I never received any communication. The entire process felt rushed, and it shows in the quality of the repairs. The paint job on my front fender was poorly done - wheel liner was damaged/ did not fix before calling me. It wasn't properly sanded or restored to a like-new condition, and the clear coat was uneven and looked unprofessional. Between the lack of communication, rushed workmanship, and poor final results, I am very disappointed with the service I received. Shared with Google & Yelp (Photos of bad results attached)

We were very pleased when this shop worked on our Kia, that is why we came back for our truck to be repaired.

When we picked up our vehicle, we noticed there was a burn mark in the seat cover. We assumed it was from welding. The front windows that was replaced, was so hazy that you couldn't see out of it. There was still sticker residue on the inside of the window. All of the air valves on the tires are missing. The wash area did a poor job washing the vehicle before it was returned to us.
