I set up the appointment in advance and they were expecting me when I arrived at 7:40 on a Monday morning. The only issue I had was they originally estimated I would be without my car for 4 days but I did not get my car back until a week later 6:00pm on the following Monday. If I was paying for the rental car ( insurance covered it). I would not have been happy about paying for the extra days of rental fees. Other then that all is good.
