From Christie at the front desk who scheduled my appointment to the friendly greeting I received upon arrival to Matt who assessed my car to those other employees whom I know worked in the shop my extreme gratitude for a job well done. Matt thank you. The damaged left side looks brand new. So big kudos to those that cleaned the entire inside. More than pleased, I was ecstatic at the super job they did. Thank you all. Not only recommend to friends, will use Caliber Collision if I need repairs in the future. Having had previous bad experiences with other repair shops, having to return vehicle for problems with their repairs, I truly appreciate how great Caliber Collision is.

From scheduling my appointment to completion of the repairs, Caliber Collision's staff have been outstanding, professional and friendly. It's obvious they know what they are doing and truly enjoy what they do. Christie was extremely pleasant when I scheduled my and when I arrived at the shop, she welcomed with a smile. Matt came out to inspect the damage and explained the process to get the repairs competed. Upon completion, my vehicle was waiting at the door. Matt provided text updates on the status of repaires.Christe handled contacting Enterprise to have the rental returned. I was escorted to my car and inspected the repairs. The damage was like it hadn't happened. Great job.

They did a great job but I was very surprised the headlight wasn’t replaced. Hoping no issues develop later but currently looks good.

From the outside the repair looked great, but under the hood, there were parts that had not been replaced, there were several plastic clips that had not been put back where they belong in the fender wells, and there were parts that had been removed, disposed of, and not replaced. An unobservant customer would not recognize this and not know there vehicle was not back in proper condition possibly leading to further issues. All of these minor issues should not have passed QC.

Receptionist was amazing. She was very friendly and explained everything the way I would I understand it. Also everyone else was great and friendly as well. They went out of their way to vacuumed my car. Overall I had a great experience with Caliber Collision.
