Above and Beyond - Exceptional Service! From start to finish, Caliber Collision McMinnville made our experience smooth and easy to understand and follow. Showing up stressed out, Kristy (sp?) was calm and friendly and walked us through each step, explaining all the details and even helping us with what we should on our end. Matt then evaluated our automobile with efficiency while maintaining friendly conversation inbetween and patiently answered my questions. The first day went from overwhelming to finally being able to relax a bit. Communication throughout was excellent too. Matt sent updates and we knew the team was going to do their best. And they did - 5 days ahead of schedule too! When we came to pick up, we were greeted like fast friends and smoothly closed out our service after more information and seeing our car. This was not our first experience with a repair center (which had left a bitter taste) but it was our first with Caliber Collision and we are so pleased and cannot thank them enough for the extra understanding and compassion they offered us on top of the fantastic repair work. Hopefully we won’t have to have any more events but if we do, this is the ONLY place we want to go! 11/10 and all the stars!!

Great job. Very professional and expeditious. They had my vehicle for just over 2 weeks. My wife had a similar damage a few years ago and the shop she took hers to had the vehicle for a month and a half. I will definitely recommend

The professionalism of all the staff went above and beyond. They made me feel like I was a priority and were absolutely wonderful. Grateful for how quickly they got me back in my vehicle. I will be recommending them to friends and family!
