I was so happy when I picked my car up last Friday after having a lot of work dont on the front end replacing my hood and I call them the front fenders my car looks new again thank you guys for your kindness and super great work that you did on my car it’s beautiful again!

Generic fender liner does not fit flush to the car. There is a raw edge that is very noticeable. At least it isn't broken with a hole in center of it like the one it replaced.

Customer service was good except communication between the workers there wasn't good. They kept texting and calling me at work when I had stated I wasn't supposed to be on phone during my work shift. One person told me one thing while another told me something else. They all need to be on the same page.

I began hearing from the McMinnville location after I called them. When I told them I hadn't heard any updates in three weeks from anyone associated with the company, they began to communicate. I am very dissatisfied with the Customer Service Department from the Lavergne location.
